Jen Biswell jumped head first into the event planning industry during the summer of 2003 when she began assisting a family friend, Katie Fechter (former owner of Details Event Coordinators), in planning and orchestrating some of the most beautiful and memorable weddings in the St. Louis area. 

Jen's passion for weddings, combined with her natural drive to master all facets of event planning, propelled her from an assistant role to becoming a skilled planner and coordinator. Eventually, this journey led her to establish and run her very own wedding planning company.

Jen has planned and coordinated ceremonies of diverse faiths and cultures, encompassing Catholic, Christian, Hindu, Jewish, Non-Denominational, Persian, and Scottish traditions. Throughout her career, Jen has built solid connections with renowned vendors and venues in the wider St. Louis metropolitan region. It is often that vendors admittedly breathe a sigh of relief when they find out that Soirée Saint Louis will be on the scene of an event.
