The Partial Wedding Planning and Coordination package consists
of 40 hours of event planning and coordination. Additional
hours are billed at a rate of $80 per hour. This package
includes all of the tasks of the Weekend Wedding Package with
an additional 20 hours of planning time for those couples who
need more assistance in the planning process. Though we
do not limit our involvement in the planning process, the following
are typical examples of tasks you might choose to include in
the extra time allotted in this package. Please note the
tasks marked with an asterisk are mandatory items that must be
completed by your planner within this package.

- agenda formation*
- vendor confirmation calls*
- ceremony rehearsal assistance*
- day-of-wedding coordination*
- budget assistance
- vendor referrals
- ceremony/reception site visits
- attend vendor meetings (reception venue, florist, photographer,
rentals, etc.)
- save the date and invitation assistance
- create and/or deliver welcome bags
